How to get the set:
These items are a recolour of the Rogue Dungeon Set 1, Shadowcraft, but aren’t strictly a set, in that they have different names from one another. The pieces drop from bosses in a variety of Normal mode Outland dungeons.
Head – Darkguard Face Mask (BoP drop from Exarch Maladaar in Auchenai Crypts, at a 13% rate)
Shoulders – Mantle of the Dusk-Dweller (BoP drop from Keli’dan the Breaker in the Blood Furnace, at an 18% rate)
Chest – Vest of Vengeance (BoP drop from Keli’dan the Breaker in the Blood Furnace, at an 18% rate)
Wrists – Bracers of Finesse (BoP drop from Watchkeeper Gargolmar in Hellfire Ramparts, at a 16% rate)
Gloves – Deft Handguards (BoP drop from Quagmirran in The Slave Pens, at a 20% rate)
Waist – Shifting Sash of Midnight (BoP contained within Reinforced Fel Iron Chest, which spawns once you have defeated Nazan and Vazruden at the end of Hellfire Ramparts, at a 19% rate)
Legs – Skulldugger’s Leggings (BoP drop from The Black Stalker in The Underbog, at an 18% rate)
Feet – Nethershade Boots (BoP drop from Tavarok in the Mana-Tombs, at a 13% rate)

The male model does this set absolutely no justice, I wonder is there any future plan to integrate both-gender appearances to these?

Which is why the title is “Rogue Dungeon Set 1 Lookalike”. If you’re referring to the picture name, that’s not really something that’s supposed to be taken note of, it was just a part of the hasty production process of the 500+ images we have here.
As far as I know, dungeon set 1 was sometimes called tier 0 by players. So while the official name is indeed dungeon set 1, tier 0 is actually not entirely wrong :)
