How to get the set:
All of the items in the Stormrage recolor set are from level 70 normal and heroic dungeons. The challenge in getting them is finding a group to run the dungeons with you, although this should be easily soloable at 85.

Head – Moon-Crown Antlers (BoP from boss Captain Skarloc 6% drop chance, in Heroic Old Hillsbrad Foothills)
Shoulders – Lunar-Claw Pauldrons (BoP drop from Mechano-Lord Capacitus, 19% drop chance in both normal and heroic Mechanar)
Chest – Starry Robes of the Crescent (BoP drop from Pandemonius with a 14% drop chance in heroic Mana-Tombs)
Wrists – Moon-Touched Bands (BoP drop from The Maker with a 16% drop chance in heroic Blood Furnace)
Gloves – Grips of the Lunar Eclipse (BoP from the boss Lieutenant Drake 14% drop chance in heroic Old Hillsbrad Foothills)
Waist – Moonrage Girdle (BoP from the boss Hydromancer Thespia 18% drop chance in normal and heroic Steamvault)
Legs – Moonchild Leggings (BoP from the boss Broggok 19% drop chance in heroic Blood Furnace)
Feet – Moonstrider Boots (BoP from the boss Darkweaver Syth 15% drop chance in normal and heroic Sethekk Halls)
